About Melissa
With an undying passion for photography, Melissa has carried a camera in her hands for over 20 years. Throughout the years, she has refined her skill through education and experience. She is driven to capture an individual' s true personality, the connection between couples, and the emotions of a moment in the images she creates.
Melissa believes in sharing the talent she has been given, and actively offers her service to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Charlotte Region, and other community organizations.
Melissa is a member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina-PPNC, and South Eastern Professional Photographers Association- SEPPA.
Her husband, Scott, is a "behind the scenes" man, managing the business and marketing aspect of the studio.

Policies
On-Line Ordering
Returns- All sales are final. In the event you are completely unsatisified with the quality of your purchased portraits, or your order is incorrect, you must notify us within three days from receipt of your products. We will first attempt to correct the problem presented to our studio. If the problem cannot be corrected, a full refund of the money charged through our online payment system will be issued. This satisfaction guarantee is available to our USA customers only.
Any returned albums or products must be properly packaged, shipped with insurance, and have a tracking number. All shipping costs on returns are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Shipping and Handling- All orders consist of shipping and handling rates unless in studio pick up is arranged. All shipping and handling rates are determined according to your order amount, and are specified on our online ordering website. International orders must contact us to receive a shipping quote.
